What problems does your business solve? I am a Life Coach that supports women to rediscover who they are after their divorce/ separation. Often woman feel like they have lost their identity once they are no longer a wife or partner, and struggle to know who they are. This can be scary, frustrating, very lonely and cause a lot of self-doubt and negative thoughts. I take them on a journey of discovery and help them to feel connected to others as well as start taking control of what their next chapter looks like. I am a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, supporting people with a diagnosis Psychosocial disability to achieve their individual recovery goals. I am a trainer that coaches and facilitates short but punchy training workshops to support workers within the NDIS and Community Services sector. My workshops teach important skills to support workers to help them thrive within the industry. These skills support organisations with better staff retention, as it minimises staff burnout while also building a beautiful workplace culture where the support workers feel safe, valued and equipped with tools to manage their roles.

Tell us something about you that most people donโt know? I am a very spiritual person. I love crystals and enjoying the vibrations of nature.
Please provide your short business bio to be featured in our Membership Directory Rebecca (Becc, as she likes to be called) spent the past 18 years managing many different Community Services programs for Not-for-Profit organisations and while also teaching Community Services at TAFE NSW. During this time, she has taught, supported, mentored and coached many people to achieve their best life, the life they dreamed of living. One80 Coaching was born in 2022, when Becc decided she wanted to go out on her one and build her own best life. Becc's personal experiences lead her to want specifically help women that are feeling the heaviness of 'loss of identity' after their marriage/ partnership had come to an end. This is a feeling Becc knew too well, after experiencing two marriages dissolve over the past 25 years. She understands the feeling of being lost, scared, and unsure as to who she was now that she was no longer someone's wife, no longer one half of a couple that was supposed to be together for ever. The good news is, Becc also understands the amazing feeling of rising up from this sad place and transforming into the woman she wanted to be. Working with Becc on your transformation into the woman you want to be, will feel safe, encouraging, fun, powerful and very exciting.
