We offer both on site and satellite support to suit your business and personal needs. This can including training (business owner and employees), strategic planning and even mediation of employees. We specialise in systems and automations to optimise time and costs for SMEs.

Other information you would like to share I am in the process of setting up a trial group for my new employee induction and compliance electronic automation system. This replaces your cost (avg. $2Kpp) and time (approx. 35hrs) heavy induction processes and ensures ongoing employee re-training so that you stay on top of being a compliant employer. The goal is to launch this part of the business in July 2023. I wanted to reach out to my fellow women in business to see if anyone would be interested in being a part of this test group. The program is worth 25K and we are offering to test members for 5K which includes free comprehensive reporting for 3 months.
