What problems does your business solve? We are a boutique property management company - I solve other people's problems.

What’s something that you wish you had known before getting into business? This group - only stumbled by accident and love the positive approach and everyone willing to help each other.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know? I do have one very bad habit – I love all things craft – so I always have different things on the go. One of my favorite projects is knitting and donating my items to lo charities to either sell or help those less fortunate. My latest project is making beanies for preemie babies to help them keep their body heat where it is needed most.

Please provide your short business bio to be featured in our Membership Directory During our personal search for a rental property, we experienced the difference between having a landlord that was self-managing (while some can do this really well it certainly is not for everyone) to an agency. Property Management By Leanne wants to bring the personal element to the whole process – we will achieve this by showing compassion, humility and respect to all our stakeholders.
