What problems does your business solve? Giving the confidence to people to learn and be confident with learning, retaining and administering first aid to help others.

What’s something that you wish you had known before getting into business? All the hard work with marketing, getting clients, retaining clients, websites, tax and everything else that goes with running a business!

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know? I have a big heart to help people learn and I put myself before others. I am normally an introvert and trying to break out of my shell even though public speaking comes fairly easy to me.

Please provide your short business bio to be featured in our Membership Directory I have been a first aid trainer for over 17 years and started First Aid Action RTO 31668 in 2007. My passion is to empower everyone with first aid so that they can help a family member, friend or work colleague in any emergency. I have wonderful reviews from my clients as I make my courses fun, interactive, enjoyable and I DON'T SKIMP on the training. My clients feel confident when they walk away after training and are assured that I am always available to them afterwards for support any time they need help or have questions.
