A huge thank you to the sponsors of the 2019 BWIB Community Calendar, printed by Big Bold Branding. It has been a huge success, and we are planning a 2020 version, subject to submissions and sponsorship.
If you would like to become a sponsor, please email our BWIB President direct on email@example.com.
If you are a community organisation and would like to have your events listed in our 2020 Calendar, please send the dates and events to by the 30th June, 2019 together with a high resolution copy of your logo in JPEG or .jpg format (larger than 500kb) and your website address.
You will be able to showcase a maximum of 1 event per month and if we do run short of space for any month, BWIB reserves the right to make any necessary omissions required at our sole discretion.
This is a community project, and we require you take the initiative and help distribute these calendars to the community as this is free advertising for your own events and also a great promotor of our local area. The idea is to draw as many people to our events and our community as we can.
Please note BWIB reserves the right to select the events and organisations at their sole discretion. holds discretion to refuse to publish any events or organisations that do not compliment our values as a community organisation.
If you are keen to showcase any of your creations in this calendar, please send through an image for the the committee to consider by the 30th June, 2019 so we have sufficient time to set up the calendar ready for print. How to make a submission and the terms and conditions are set out below. You are welcome to send through multiple submissions and also to share this information to other creatives or community organisations.
If you wish to discuss any sponsorship or advertising opportunities, please contact me directly and I'll be happy to discuss this further with you.
