Please note: We are volunteers and donate our time to managing these events. You can do that by communicating through the channels we specify, reading and knowing your ticket information, booking early so we can notify the venue in time, and giving us plenty of notice if you cannot attend, particularly with the Round Table events as we have a wait list for these, and the seat can be offered to another person.
Ticket information: Eventbrite Tickets have all the details, terms and conditions on them. A ticket will be emailed to you on registration and a reminder a few days before the event. Please check your spam/junk mail.
Communications, catering requirements and cancellations prior to 24 hours before the event: Please send an email to email@example.com. We request you don't email/text/message other committee members, who will need to pass on messages. You can imagine - 7 committee members x 6 channels - this can become an administration nightmare.
On the day cancellations: Please let our Events Manager,Christine Thomson know by phone or text on 0414 411 397.
Round Table Events: Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend these, as there are wait lists for each event. These are dynamic conversation events designed for 12 people engaging. If you cannot attend, for the benefit and consideration of the other attendees, we will offer the seat to someone on the wait list.
