I have a real passion for helping female Leaders, Managers, Small Business Owners balance career, personal life, and relationships. To have a fulfilling, intimate, loving relationship while living authentically, overcoming your challengers, setting real goals aligned to your values to create your ideal life. I have completed training and certifications in Counselling, Holistic Counselling, Work of Byron Katie, Coaching, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Mediation, Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Training. I am a published author, speaker, and workshop facilitator. Host of the Empowered Marriage Podcast which is now into the 3rd season. Awarded 2019 to 2022 3 Best Marriage Counsellors in Brisbane.
